The string orchestra program for Florence City Schools is a complete program from beginning through advanced-level classes. Students have the opportunity to learn to play a stringed instrument (violin, viola, 'cello, or double bass) beginning in the 6th grade at Hibbett Middle School. They can continue their studies on through to Florence High School.

Being the youngest of the music programs at FCS, the string orchestra is experiencing tremendous growth. It is an exciting time in the life of our program. Please take some time to explore our site and feel free to contact us!
